The “PLAYCOPTER” game is organized and conducted by TEMPEX EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the ORGANIZER - GENERAL TERMS
2.1. By participating in the game, participants agree to the general terms and conditions set out below and undertake to comply with them.
2.2. Participation in the game is not subject to purchase. - TERRITORY OF THE GAME
3.1 The game is organized and conducted on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. - DURATION
4.1 The game starts on 20.09.2021 and ends on 04.10.2021. ("Game Period") - ELIGIBILITY
5.1 Any adult natural person residing in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to participate.
5.2 Employees of TEMPEX EOOD, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the game.
5.3. Participation in the Game is not tied to the actual purchase of any goods and/or services from the Organizer.
5.4. In order to register for participation in the game, the participant must meet the conditions for participation.
5.5. Participants agree that we may publish their initials (first letter of their name and surname) or other corresponding information, as well as the names of their Instagram profiles.
5.6. In case of suspected abuse, the Organizer has the right to immediately disqualify participants. - MECHANISM
6.1 To participate in the game, each participant must have followed the Instagram profile of @copter_bg and uploaded a photo to their own Instagram profile using the hashtag #PLAYCOPTER, and the profiles must be unlocked for the photos to be visible.
6.2. Any participant who has used the hashtag #PLAYCOPTER and has complied with the terms of the game may be withdrawn.
6.3. THE ORGANIZER is not responsible for the copyrights of any participant.
6.4. The participant who wins the first prize - a Tello drone, must take a picture with it and provide us with the photo. - PRIZES
7.1 There are 3 (three) prizes and they are as follows:- Tello drone
- 100 BGN. discount (for purchases of at least 500 BGN)
- 50 BGN discount (for purchases of at least 500 BGN)
- PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING PRIZES
8.1. The winners will be determined by a raffle, randomly, in the presence of a committee of three people. The drawing and announcement of the winners will take place on 05.10.2021 at 13:00 in the COPTER.BG store and will be broadcast Live on the Instagram profile @copter_bg.
8.2. The winning participants are 3 (three) and will be notified within 2 business days after the end of the promotional period by an employee of Copter.bg.
8.3. The winning participants will be able to receive their prizes within 2 weeks after their withdrawal. To do this, they must contact us via a private message on our Instagram account @copter_bg within 7 days of the winner's announcement to claim their prize and must verify that they are over 18 years of age. This is done by sending a photo or a scanned copy of an ID card, which clearly shows three names and date of birth. The remaining data must not be visible.
8.4. The winning participant who does not claim their prize within the deadline loses their right to receive it. In this case, the prize is awarded to another participant in the game, selected again on a lottery basis by drawing lots.
8.5. It is not allowed to exchange a won prize for its monetary equivalent or for another prize.
8.6. All participants in the Game unconditionally and irrevocably agree that the results are final and cannot be contested by anyone, on any grounds. - PERSONAL DATA
9.1. The rights of all Participants in the raffle are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. By participating in the raffle, the Participants declare that they agree to their personal data being processed by the Organizer or by a data processor designated by it.
9.2. By participating in this Game, the participants give their consent and voluntarily provide their personal data (names, telephone number, address and e-mail) for purposes related to the Game, the distribution of the prizes, as well as subsequent information campaigns for current or upcoming initiatives and other messages for the benefit of the user. The Participant has the right to refuse to receive subsequent information campaigns for current or upcoming promotions, initiatives and other messages for the benefit of the user at any time.
9.3. The organizer of the raffle is obliged to store, process and use the personal data of the Participants, in accordance with and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. - OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN CONDUCTING RAFFLES
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement these rules in whole or in part, with the changes coming into force after their publication here.
10.2. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Game at any time, announcing this in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, in the event of material abuse, violation of the Rules or force majeure circumstances. In these cases, no compensation is due to the participants.
10.3. The participant who wins the raffle gives his/her explicit consent to the use of his/her name and image by the Organizer, in his/her capacity as the winner.
10.4. The participants and the winners agree that the Organizer may include them in public appearances and other promotions without additional compensation or remuneration.
10.5. The Organizer of the Raffle is not obliged to maintain correspondence for unprofitable claims, in case of missed deadlines or other similar occasions.
10.6. The Participants agree that the Organizer may contact them or provide them with commercial communications and advertising materials for future games and promotions.
10.7. Any disputes that may arise between the Organizer of the Raffle and the Participants in it shall be resolved through negotiations or, as a last resort, if it is impossible to reach an agreement - through the intervention of the competent authorities.
10.8. The raffle described above is in no way sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram.
10.9. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm caused to property or to the Participant during his/her participation in this raffle.
10.10. The Organizer bears warranty responsibility for the prizes provided, they are provided according to the terms of their manufacturers and/or distributors.
10.11. The Organizer is not responsible for delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, deviations, substitutions or inability to use the prize due to public holidays or other circumstances that prevent the use of the prize. Also, the Organizer does not assume responsibility for damage and breakage during the transportation or storage of the prizes.
10.12. The Organizer of the raffle reserves the right to remove any content generated by the Participants and third parties that it considers inappropriate, inappropriate and incompatible with the relevant raffle. This includes content that is offensive, discriminatory or inconsistent with the rules of responsible commercial communication, as well as to disqualify the respective author of such content. In these cases, the decision of the Organizer of the raffle is final and not subject to further discussion. The Organizer of the Raffle is not responsible for the meaning, reliability and security of the content generated by Participants in the Raffle and third parties, as well as for any adverse consequences that may occur for Participants in the Raffle and third parties in connection with such content.
10.13. The Organizer of the Game reserves the right to disqualify without warning and without owing any notification to Participants who violate the Official Rules in any way. Disqualified Participants lose the right to receive a prize from the initiatives being held. In these cases, the decision of the Organizer of the Raffle is final and not subject to further discussion.
These Rules are effective from 20.09.2021. and will be available at https://www.copter.bg/bg/blog/ for the period of the Game.
